Hi, I’m Ryan.

I help older adults improve strength, balance, mobility, and confidence so they can continue living independently and doing the things they enjoy.

With more than 25 years of experience in fitness and movement training, along with my background as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), I bring both practical coaching experience and clinical understanding to the work I do.

I’ve worked with individuals managing:

  • Balance and mobility challenges

  • Joint replacements

  • Neurological conditions

  • Post-rehab recovery

  • Age-related weakness and deconditioning

My approach is centered around safe, functional movement that supports real-life activities — walking confidently, getting up from chairs, climbing stairs, and staying active in everyday life.

While this is NOT Physical Therapy, my clinical background helps me create programs that are thoughtful, practical, and appropriate for older adults.

I also regularly communicate and receive referrals from Physical Therapists and physicians and refer out when needed.

Important note:

Important: This program is not physical therapy and is not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions. Individuals currently recovering from surgery, recent injury, significant balance decline, or other medical concerns should first consult their physician or complete physical therapy when appropriate before beginning training.

My role is to help older adults continue building strength, mobility, balance, and confidence after rehabilitation or for general healthy aging and independence.
